Riverford meatbox is a product of Riverford Farm Shop and utilises our historical connections to local organic farmers, some of whom we have had a close association with for many years. Our our own butchers prepare the meat, cure the bacon and make the wide selection of meatballs, sausages, burgers and the like that make up the meatboxes. We have small, medium and large core meatboxes which vary in content fortnightly to give variety and are tailored to suit different household needs. These boxes come complete with a free taster (most often from the Riverford kitchen) and a highly informative newsletter containing at least 3 full-blown recipes. We also have beef, chicken, pork, lamb boxes, and the luxurious steak box or whole beef fillet, for those who want a high value, single meat-type, box that is ideal for stocking the freezer. And as if all that wasn't enough we introduced an extensive list of 'extras' from which you can choose your own bespoke meatbox.
